Prior to becoming the branch Principal Managing Broker Dean was a full-time Realtor for 30 years and has been a life-long resident of Washington state.

Dean is a Certified Washington State Continuing Education Real Estate Instructor. Also a 1988 Graduate from Western Washington University with BA degree in Speech Communications as well as Psychology.

At Coldwell Banker Bain we believe that contact and communication between Realtor and Client are the most important elements of real estate service and we demonstrate this through consistent contact by meeting face to face, via phone, text, social media, and/or email, whichever are the best fit for the client.
